Minister Breda Hines
Breda was baptized at the First Baptist Church of Rosslyn, VA at age 14. Prior to baptism, she traveled with her parents and siblings during her Dad’s tenure in the US Army. 
The return to civilian life in Washington DC required adapting to a new way of life which introduced many challenges, as Breda began her transition to womanhood. Some areas of life became more challenging, as she embraced a worldly lifestyle. God’s grace and mercy was in full operation through it all.
In 1998, Breda accepted an invitation, extended by a neighbor, and recommitted her life to Christ. She tarried in the prayer chapel at Bible Way Temple, Wash., DC where she received the gift of the Holy Ghost. A lifestyle of worship and a surrendered relationship was greatly enhanced while in fellowship with Radical Apostolic Power (RAP) International Ministries, where Antonio D. Briggs is Senior Pastor and Founder. Appointed to the leadership team at RAP, her efforts supported the women’s ministry and a Methadone Anonymous support group.
God has granted Breda the privilege, honor, and understanding of worshipping Him in spirit and in truth. As she grows in the Fruit of the Spirit, she continues to be cultivated, by the Holy Spirit, as a worshipper and has accepted responsibility for her assignment in these end times. Breda believes her life experiences greatly augment what is needed to activate the Great Commission in her life.
In the Marketplace, her God given abilities are focused in the areas of business administration. A combined tenure of 17 years was spent in employment at the Federal Reserve Board and the Department of Veterans Affairs, Wash., DC. Breda has also worked for several profit and non-profit organizations including the American Nurses Association. Also during the application of her vocation, the Lord ordered her steps as an entrepreneur to launch an IT programming, sales, support, and marketing firm, with her husband. In 1998 and 2002, Breda received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology and Management Systems, respectively, from Strayer University, Wash., DC. She understands the knowledge God has allowed her to attain is to further His kingdom as He invades earth.
In 2005, Breda was inspired to incorporate the Institute for the Administration of Kingdom Resources, planted to “Repair the breaches that prevent synchronization of opportunities that promote spiritual, social, and economic change.” Breda supports spiritual recovery groups that encouraged women to pursue a lifestyle of abstinence from the use of legal and illegal substances. She is working within the body of Christ to educate believers to activate their assignment given in the “Great Commission” to go.
In 2008, Breda was inspired to organize small study groups for the equipping of the saints. Breda believes, as in the book of Acts, small study groups are used to acquire and maintain the intimacy needed to articulate the affairs of God. Her gifts in the areas of administration and helps are active as she operates in evangelistic purpose to the glory of God.
Minister Hines was ordained and licensed in 2009 through Agape Covenant Fellowship Ministries, Baltimore MD, by Bishop Edward & Dr. Thelma Ramsey, Sr.; and works closely with Apostle Curtis & Victoria Schulze of Pathfinder Fellowship International. Her evangelistic relationship with “Made in His Image Ministries”, and Evangelist Valerie Jackson, enables women to experience increased faith, peace, and joy by sharing the love of Jesus Christ and exposure to the Word of God. God has given Breda a heart for those who have been negatively affected by the issues of life and a deep, abiding desire to see unity in the Body of Christ. The vision God has given her is to the Body of Christ and has led her to support different ministries. “..that they may be made perfect in one,” to the Glory of God!
