Apostle
Lynne Finley
Pastor Lynne Finley was born in 1962 in Washington D.C. She is the 3rd Child of Pastor Benjamin
and Regina Heflin. 
Her Grandparents in rural Partlow Virginia raised her on a
farm, with 4 sisters and 1 brother. Lynne is married to her soul mate of 23
years, Jonathan Finley, and currently resides in Fredericksburg, VA. They have
4 beautiful children, Brittney, Jahnae, Christen and Hope; and Two awesome
grandchildren, Xavier Jeremiah King, and Jairh Emmanuel Davis.
After
receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, at the age of 18, she later received
the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. She has spent many years pursuing the Lord and
answering the call of God on her life, all in the making of a servant. Over the
years she has served in many different ministry capacities: teaching Bible
studies, Praise and Worship leader, Choir Director, Sunday school teacher,
Church Planter, mentor, counselor, exhorter, etc. She attended National Bible
Seminary in Fort Washington, MD, under the leadership of Dr. T.L. Lowry,
Receiving certification in the Advanced Ministerial Internship program.
Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies and a Masters of Theology. She
is also a certified Christian counselor.
Pastor
Lynne Finley was ordained an elder/minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ under
Agape Covenant Fellowship, Baltimore Maryland, Presiding Bishop, Edward Ramsey
Sr. and Ministry Apostle Curtis L Schulze. Pastor Lynne Finley and her husband
Jonathan are founders of "Manna from Heaven", a homeless feeding
program in urban Washington D.C. as well as “4 Christ Ministries”. Pastor Lynne
is currently running revivals “Stir up the Gifts”, wherever the Lord leads, in
the office of the Prophet/Evangelist. She utilizes her teaching gift with a
school for Ministers in Training, in Woodbridge Virginia. Building up Apostles,
Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors and Teachers for the perfecting of the saints,
designed to glorify the father. God has
given her an apostolic call (anointing) as a warrior in the “Body of Christ”
working in the Deliverance Ministry as a bond-servant and intercessor.
She
was consecrated/ordained an Apostle in November of 2008, under the covering of
Apostle Clarence and Mary Lewis of New Birth Redeeming Faith Christian Center,
Waldorf Maryland. Since then God has sent and is sending leaders, ministries,
and Churches for counsel and guidance. God has given Pastor Lynne a heart for
World Missions, and a deep and abiding desire to see the Body of Christ
equipped with the necessary tools to fulfill the great commission to go into
all the world. God is raising up 4 Christ Ministries, a School of Prophets,
among other things, a fellowship of like-minded people committed to the Lord,
and to the work of the ministry.
